From MurGaa Softwares:- I set up a macro in ControllerMate (mac only program) that averages between 60 and 90 clicks per second. It's designed to only do 30 clicks per second, but I stager it with a 0.01 and 0.02 second delay.
- Double Click the Tray Icon or Right Click on the Tray Icon to Show the Main Window of the Auto Clicker. The Main Window of the Software allows you to configure the shortcut key to start / stop the mouse clicking automatically.
On a broad level, Mac Auto Mouse Click can be used to create a file which can store Mouse Clicks, Keystrokes, and other Actions. The files created by Mac Auto Mouse Click software can be stored to desktop or to any other location using Finder, just like with any other software.
Double Click on any of the saved file will open up the Mac Auto Mouse Click and will load the contents of the file in it. You can assign keyboard shortcuts to start macro script execution or even to pick screen location of clicking.

I have carpal tunnel from typing and clicking my mouse.
I have found many programs that auto click the mouse button in windows but none for Mac OS X.
Does anyone know where I can find a program like this for Mac OS X?

How about the 'mouse keys' option in the Universal Access pane of the System Preferences app? There's more info on Apple's page about physical and motor accessibility options for Mac OS X.

If you do a lot of web browsing, a macro recorder like iMacros for Firefox or iMacros for Chrome will also help to reduce the # of clicks. Both addons are free and open source.
You can use them to record standard operations such as login, form filling or drilling down to a certain feature/page once, and then trigger the replay of these so called 'macros' with only one mouse click or keystroke.

http://dwellclick.com/ does exactly what you want.
There's a free trial and it's $15.
